Research Progress of Raman Spectroscopy in Exploring Structural and Physical Properties of Two Dimensional Atomic Crystals
Guo Huaihong,Zhao Bo
Abstract982)      PDF (7706KB)(356)
Two-dimensional atomic crystals (2DAC) have potential application prospects in nanoelectronic devices and optoelectronic devices, and have attracted widespread attention in recent years. Raman spectroscopy has long been recognized as a unique "fingerprint spectroscopy" of material structure. It has many important characteristics, such as fast, accurate,no damage to samples,no sample pretreatment, and greatly reduced research costs. With the successful preparation of a large number of new types of 2DAC,Raman spectroscopy will play an essential role in the establishment of the corresponding fingerprint spectrum and the exploration of exotic physical properties. This paper summarizes the research progress of Raman spectroscopy in detecting the structural characterization of two-dimensional atomic crystals, such as stacking mode, layer number, and anisotropic defects of lattice orientation. At the same time, the resonant Raman spectroscopy is also introduced to reveal the interaction between electrons and photons, electrons and phonons in twodimensional atomic crystals, and even in the acquisition of lattice vibration phonon structures. It is hoped to provide readers with a new perspective to understand the indispensable position of Raman spectroscopy in the basic research and functional application of nanomaterials.

Numerical Simulation about Bulk Temperature Distribution of Clover-Type Catalyst
Zhao Bo,Wang Kuo,Sui Chengyu
Abstract578)      PDF (4498KB)(275)

Based on three-dimensional somatic environment of the real clover type hydrocracking catalyst as the computational entity and the simulated industrial operating temperature as the boundary condition. The Fourier heat transfer equation is solved by the meshless numerical method. Then the influence of external temperature fluctuation on the internal temperature distribution of the catalyst was analyzed by using the calculated results. The analysis results show that the actual reactions in the catalyst is not isothermal reaction. At the same time, the fluctuation of the reaction temperature and the hot spot inside the catalyst have a certain influence on the temperature distribution for the catalyst cluster in the hydrocracking process. Catalyst bulk phase inner average temperature is influenced by heat of reaction, the catalyst particle size, material density, reaction space velocity and catalyst inner hotspot distribution.

Abstract552)      PDF (262KB)(287)

The basic nitrogen-compounds were removed with complexation by denitrification reagent form the Fushun shale oil. The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time, volume ratio of agent to oil, complexing agent amount and settling time on the denitrification ratio and yield were investigated. The optimum operating conditions are as follows: The temperature 55~60 ℃, reaction time 5 min, volume ratio agent and oil 0.07, auxiliary usage 1∶0.5~1∶1, motionless time 35 min. Under these conditions, the denitrification ratio and oil yield can reach 95.36% and 91.25%, respectively. The results show that mixed solvent could be used in denitrification with high efficiency, pH of the shale oil dealed with reagent B is neutral.
